Soft Leather Armour for Nortmen "Thorge"

Soft leather armor made of oiled leather with carved ornaments in viking style and elaborate braided seams. The decorative buckles made of solid zamak on the shoulders, make the jerkin variable in length and due to the lateral lacing also variable in width. The style, which is based both on historical finds and on current inspirations from films makes the jerkin suitable for Viking or Northmen characters in Larp or medieval markets.

Depending on colour, we use different leather for this jerkin:    
 

  • For the colours black, light brown, dark brown, fir and red an oiled leather with a thickness of 2.0-2,2mm.

  • For the colorus muddy gray, magenta, verde, blue and azul a slightly firmer oiled leather with a thickness of 2,2-2,4mm  

Length for sizes S and M ca.60cm, for L and XL approx. 65cm.
The leather thickness is 1.8-2.2mm

Taking the right meassurements:

    

Bust: The circumference is measured over the strongest part of the chest, under the arms and over the back.     

Waist circumference: The circumference is measured at the narrowest point of the trunk. (In case of doubt at the level of the navel, for example for large sizes)     

Hip circumference: The circumference is measured at the strongest point of the buttocks.
