Tonight, at a dinner together, you take on the roles of seasoned Northmen of the 9th century who are planning to relocate to Northumbria with part of their community. You have come together to mourn your recently deceased leader Harald, and to discuss which of your family will move with you, and which of you will stay in familiar Norway.
Over the course of the evening, secrets will be revealed, rifts will be made and perhaps new alliances will be forged. At the end of the evening, the young leader Erik is found dead in your group, and it is clear:
He was killed by one of you!

This murder mystery dinner is aimed at adults with gaming experience
experienced and role-playing participants.
The relationships and entanglements between the characters are sometimes very complex, so it may be a good idea to hand out the role booklets to the participants a few days before the murder mystery dinner so that they can prepare for their roles in advance.

Part of the plot includes some quite difficult topics / actions that should be made transparent here:
Among other things, it deals with physical violence/chastisement, forced marriages and polygamy, infidelity, betrayal, bad parent-child relationships, blasphemy and verbal rudeness.
